We are not a general news blog, a government portal, or a catch-all CMS. Everything public is meant to help a surveyor finish a field or office task faster.

Who we are

Technical Surveyor is built and maintained by Mehaboob, a professional surveyor with extensive practical experience in Andhra Pradesh land surveying. We build tools that directly solve daily bottlenecks in the field and the Tahsildar office. We understand the nuances of the AP Survey and Boundaries Act, BSOs, and modern GIS resurvey workflows because we work with them directly.

Guides are field references for Andhra Pradesh survey work — not a substitute for the Survey Manual, bare acts, or current government orders.

• Source of truth — live articles live in posts/. Old HTML snapshots are rebuild material only.
• Last reviewed — each guide shows a review date and content type (procedure, statute, exam paper, primer).
• URL history — some page addresses keep historical spellings for search rankings; the visible title is corrected.
• Corrections — use Report on any guide; field corrections from practising surveyors are prioritised.
